As a matter of FACT, when you transform an egg into an OMLET you gotta crack the shell, then you discard that old shell ( or compost it in the garden that's what I do anyways feed em to my flowers ) and you have this WHOLE new creation now, an OMLET or a delicious SOUFFLE... the egg completely transformed!

I believe we are ALL artists - channels of the divine in our own unique ways. Probably why I am so fascinated by women's stories. I only hope to share mine to show you my real raw vulnerable pink under belly so ... you can see I am HUMAN just like you.
In this deepening .... I had to surrender to VERY different forms of creative self expression like dance, photography and painting.
That was radical for me to digest. A full on internal war waged between my EGO & expansion. Ever felt that way?

What I have come to discover after leading women for the last 15 years in various healing groups, masterminds & safe space containers is that ...
trauma HAS to come OUT of the body & we can use art as a healing technology :) to do that. This is WHAT I DO. Somehow, someway which is still baffling is the fact that my vulnerability, authenticity & transparency INSPIRES people.
I never think people will really get into my work. WILD EH?
This is my stab at trying to put language and format and words to an experience that is simply beyond words.
It is a real and raw capture of the messy journey of awakening, and taking MY OWN dang power back NOW! Birthing NEW ways of creative self expression for the FIRST time.
I've always believed sharing your truth with love is the way to unshackle yourself from past shame, failure ( really perceived failure), heartbreak, trauma, pain and into to expansion, LOVE & FREEDOM!
This time around it didn't want to come out in a course or a podcast or a movement or a book ( that was new ) it wanted to CHANNEL or express itself through embodiment, art, dance, photography and SURRENDERING to these new forms of expression was a holy war battle inside me.
Ahhh the creative process! I love it! I Love it I Love it when it ALL comes together... you gotta be WILLING to make a mess first and ENTER into the unknown. Crack crack crack goes the EGG shell. Time to stop playing small Vanessa! HA!
